You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the platform. Unauthorized access, automated scraping, or data mining is strictly prohibited.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
4. Property Listings & Accuracy
While we strive to ensure that all property listings and related information are accurate and up-to-date, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information provided by third-party developers or sellers. Users are advised to independently verify all property details, legal titles, and RERA registrations before making any financial commitments.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of MECO Technologies or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our explicit written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
MECO Technologies shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, your reliance on any information provided, or any transactions conducted through the platform. We act solely as a facilitator and are not a party to any real estate agreements.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, for the resolution of any legal matters.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
